1 Tbsp Olive Oil, divided
12 oz Broccoli Florets
1 lb Ground Chicken (97/3)
1/4 C Sweet Chili Sauce
2 Tbsp Honey
2–3 Tbsp Sriracha
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Ground Ginger
Sesame Seeds and Green Onion for garnish
Instructions
- Heat 1/2 Tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear broccoli for 1-2 minutes until browned, then cook 3-4 minutes until dark green. Set aside.
- Add remaining oil to the skillet and brown the ground chicken. Mince and cook until no pink remains.
- Mix sweet chili sauce, honey, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger in a bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and simmer until thickened and glossy.
- Stir the broccoli back into the skillet. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
- Add a splash of water if the sauce becomes too thick.
- Adjust sriracha to control the heat level.
