1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic. Cook for 3 minutes until onion is translucent.
  3. Add broccoli florets. Stir to combine.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well.
  5. Cover skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.
  6. Reduce heat to low. Pour in heavy cream and stir gently.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top. Cover and cook 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.
