6 flour tortilla wraps (8 inches)
½ cup salsa
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 avocados
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken and cook 3-5 mins per side until browned and cooked through. Let rest, then slice.
- Lay tortillas flat. Divide salsa, cheese, avocado slices, and chicken strips down the center of each.
- Fold bottom edge up over filling. Fold sides in, then roll up tightly from the bottom.
- Grill wraps seam-side down in the same skillet over medium heat for 3-4 mins per side, until golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.

- Pat chicken dry before seasoning for a better sear.
- Warm tortillas briefly to make them more pliable for wrapping.
