salt, garlic powder, onion powder + Italian herb blend
1/2 heaping cup marinara sauce (divided)
1/2 heaping cup cottage cheese (divided)
4 oz freshly grated parmesan (divided)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place chicken on the baking sheet, coat with olive oil, and season both sides with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian herbs.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
- Remove from oven and top each breast with marinara, 3 tbsp cottage cheese, and grated parmesan.
- Bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

- Pulse cottage cheese in a blender for a smoother texture.
- Use small curd cottage cheese for the best melting results.
