1/4 cup buffalo-style sauce
1 tablespoon ranch seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together 1/4 cup buffalo-style sauce and 1 tbsp ranch seasoning to create a marinade.
- Toss chicken in marinade and coat evenly. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least an hour or overnight.
- Remove from marinade (no need to drain) and place on a wire rack or baking sheet without crowding.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until cooked through.
- Mix remaining 2 tbsp sauce and 1 tbsp ranch seasoning. Brush over cooked tenders before serving.
Notes
- For crispier strips, use a wire rack on your baking sheet.
- Marinating longer (overnight) yields the most flavor.
- Reheat leftovers in an oven or toaster oven to maintain texture.
