8 Street Taco-Sized Keto Zero Carb Tortillas
1 pound Ground Beef
8 slices American Cheese
1 cup Shredded Lettuce
1/2 cup Dill Pickle Slices
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Finely chopped Dill Pickles
1 1/2 tsp Yellow Mustard
3 tsp Sugar-Free Ketchup
1/4 tsp Vinegar
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 8 balls.
- Press one meat ball onto the front of each tortilla to cover it.
- Place burgers meat-side down in the hot skillet. Smash flat with a spatula and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Flip, top with cheese, and cook for 2-3 more minutes until tortilla is crisp and cheese is melted.
- Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl until combined.
- Spread sauce on each burger, then top with shredded lettuce and pickle slices.
Notes
- Use 80/20 beef for best juiciness and crust.
- Ensure skillet is very hot before adding burgers for proper searing.
- For a crisp tortilla, press firmly during the initial smash and do not overcrowd the pan.
- Sauce can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
