Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes and place in a bowl.
- Make Marinade: In a separate bowl, whisk lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate: Pour marinade over chicken, toss to coat. Marinate in fridge for 30 mins to 2 hours.

- Cook: Arrange chicken in a single layer in air fryer basket. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F.
